Our story

If you’ve never tried a welsh cake, you’re missing out!

 A mixture between a buttery shortbread and a drop scone, these little treats have been popular in Wales for hundreds of years.

We cook ours on a traditional bakestone to ensure the most authentic and delicious taste. The recipe is a closely-guarded family secret, and one which has garnered attention from fans near and far.

We’ve sent our little cakes all over the world, as well as delighting customers of Deb's Kitchen, our café and tea room in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. We’d love to share them with you, too. 




Customers and visitors happily spread the word about the quality of our products and the unique personal touch we provide, whatever the size of order. Many have also become good friends!
